Who we are

Reachwise ("we", "us") is a digital marketing agency based in New York. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients is covered by the agreement we sign with each client.

What we collect

• Details you give us in forms: your name, email, company, website, budget range and your message.
• Details you share when you book a call: the time you pick and any notes you add.
• Usage data from analytics: pages viewed, time on page, the site that sent you, device type, browser and an approximate location based on your IP address.
• Cookie data, as described in our cookie policy.

We do not ask for payment details on this website and we never knowingly collect data from children under 16.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and prepare for the calls you book.
• To send you a proposal or an audit you asked for.
• To understand which pages are useful and fix the ones that are not.
• To measure our own ads, if you have agreed to marketing cookies.
• To keep the website secure and free of spam.

We only email you about things you asked for. If you subscribe to our newsletter, every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the agency, such as our website host, email provider, scheduling tool, analytics provider and CRM. Each of them may use your data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and call notes for up to 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, records are kept for the length of our agreement plus the period required for tax and legal purposes. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form for up to 26 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to or restrict how we use it.
• Withdraw consent you gave earlier, such as for marketing cookies.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email us. We reply within 30 days and we never charge for a reasonable request.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, limit access to your data to the people who need it and use two-factor authentication on the tools that store it. No website is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or health data through our forms.

International transfers

Some of our providers store data outside your country. When that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
